To make a referral you can call us directly, fax us or click here to fill in
the referral form. Upon receipt of your referral we have in house quality
assurance measures in place which begin without delay.

Upon your referral to trm you can be assured of the following:

• You will be advised within 24 hours that your referral was received
  by trm.
• An appointment date and time will be provided to you so that you are
  able to complete the appropriate correspondence to your client.
• If we have any questions or need clarification regarding your referral
  our intake manager will call you directly to obtain clear instructions
  from you.

This collected information is of course kept private in keeping with the privacy
legislation. All referrals are made over our secure web server.
